GCS celebrated the Jayanthi (21-09-26)of the great Telugu writer and social reformer Gurajada Apparao with great respect and enthusiasm. The programme began with a brief note about his life and contributions during the morning assembly. Floral tributes were offered to his portrait by the Class Leaders, School Captain, Vice-Captain, Principal Madam and all the teachers.
A short movie showcasing the life and biography of Gurajada Apparao was screened for the students. Following this, a Letter Writing Competition was conducted for the students, providing them an opportunity to express their thoughts and improve their writing skills. The celebrations helped the children learn about Gurajada Apparao’s life, literary contributions and social values.
